Forest was super helpful in providing a quote and assisting in the scheduling of our move. Provided additional details which were helpful. Our crews both days were great! They were friendly and efficient, helpful too. Company was even able to store all our stuff for a couple days as well.
They were also so nice and had such a good attitude, even with my blunder, which made the day easier. They packed what was inventoried, then made a separate list and got me a quote for the additional stuff I had so that I could pay the balance without any delay or headache in moving everything else. Then they loaded the rest of the truck and got me in my new place super fast! They also did a great job keeping my furniture safe in the move. They’re so fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them. We’ll be using them again for our next move without a doubt!
Cross Country Movers got back to me quickly, outlined what to expect, reasonable prices, and we booked with ease. Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Clark and Andrew did an outstanding job delivering the vanity that I ordered. They were considerate of where they drove on the property, making sure that I approved everything before they proceeded. They were also careful getting the vanity into the house, assuring there was no damage. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would use their services again.
We're moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to another house within the city. Cross Country Movers are amazing. They were so professional and you could see it in the way they pack and move stuffs - there was not single scratch or dent in any of the furniture or appliances. They wasted no time and the prices are pretty reasonable in bay area. Highly recommend!
