Everyone was very careful with every item, from the biggest piece of furniture to the tiniest parcel. Their calm and collected attitude put me at ease all day long.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
had an incredible experience from the first call though the end of the day. I had all of my questions answered up front. The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.
They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.
The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. I loved moving with them! Amazing prices, amazing quality. Got everything packed up and moved out my apartment in 6 hours. I moved about 40 minutes away from the original location and even had 2 stops!! BOOK.
