What a team! I was beyond impressed with our move today with Cross Country Movers. Christian, Michael, Alexander, and Kaleb were prompt, professional, and friendly guys. They even put up with our dog! If I were to ever move again, which of course no one hopes to do more than necessary, I would call Cross Country Movers again in a heartbeat.
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
The team from Cross Country Movers were fast, efficient, affordable and very professional. We used them to move my daughter into her new apartment and I was impressed with how smoothly it went. After several years of DIY moving, Cross Country Movers convinced me that hiring professionals is the way to go in the future.

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.
Have used Cross Country Movers two times and the move was perfect. Movers were professional, proficient and treated all my belongings with care. I highly recommend this mover.
