There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
On top of being fast, they were also really friendly, kind, and professional the whole time. Honestly, it was the smoothest and easiest move-in I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a move that’s stress-free and efficient.
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. Communication was great. I spoke with the owner beforehand, and everything was clear, professional, and easy to coordinate. James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. They made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. I’ll definitely be using this company again.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.
Their team was quick, efficient, and clear with their quote. They kept me updated throughout the process via email and text, including a thoughtful message on moving day asking if they could arrive earlier....very convenient! Serj and Daniel, the movers, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.
