They moved fast, they were careful, and very courteous. Furthermore, when we opened the boxes that had been stored for two years we found no damage. The original crew from two years ago packed everything very well! HIghly recommended!
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.
Hiring this moving company may have been the best decision of the year I’ve made. They removed all the stress from moving and turned it into something enjoyable. I had a lot of heavy furniture, but the crew was so in sync that it didn’t seem like much of a challenge. They even went ahead and checked the truck twice to ensure everything was not left behind. I can’t recommend them enough!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
