Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

Their team was quick, efficient, and clear with their quote. They kept me updated throughout the process via email and text, including a thoughtful message on moving day asking if they could arrive earlier....very convenient! Serj and Daniel, the movers, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. Communication from getting a quote, booking, payment, and delivery was consistent and I was kept informed regarding movement and delivery. I plan to use Cross Country Movers for any future moves.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. Communication was great. I spoke with the owner beforehand, and everything was clear, professional, and easy to coordinate. James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. They made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. I’ll definitely be using this company again.

They were punctual, efficient, and treated our belongings with care and consideration. They turned a day that is usually very cumbersome and stressful into one that flew by with ease. They really went above and beyond and I will confidently recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs a reputable moving company. I can't say thank you enough!!

They handled every item with great care,
They handled every item with great care, ensuring our furniture and boxes were moved safely without any damage. They were also extremely efficient, working quickly while never sacrificing attention to detail. I can't recommend this team enough. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and truly go above and beyond for their customers, this is the crew to hire!

the couch from our living room did not fit in our new apartment, and these guys were such great sports to brought it back to our house. And they did not make us feel guilty about it which was super kind of them. I would recommend them to any who is moving in the area. I’m very happy with the service I got. Thank you, again, to them!

My hats off to you!
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
