My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. Communication was great. I spoke with the owner beforehand, and everything was clear, professional, and easy to coordinate. James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. They made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. I’ll definitely be using this company again.
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
Kubat and Erjan were very professional and efficient throughout the move. They handled all of our furniture with care and made sure everything arrived safely. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to others.
Now that I’m unpacking, I’m also appreciative of how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. Because the team put tags on every box, our belongings were already in the rooms we needed to unpack! More than that, the staff was professional, friendly and the pre process was really easy. We agreed to a price based on the inventory list and then it never changed after that. Appreciative of how they made a chaotic time less stressful!
They were on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and took great care of our belongings. We moved from a third story condo with no elevator but the stairs didn't seem to slow them down at all. Everything arrived at our new home safely. I will definitely use them if I ever need to move again!
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
