The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.
They were also so nice and had such a good attitude, even with my blunder, which made the day easier. They packed what was inventoried, then made a separate list and got me a quote for the additional stuff I had so that I could pay the balance without any delay or headache in moving everything else. Then they loaded the rest of the truck and got me in my new place super fast! They also did a great job keeping my furniture safe in the move. They’re so fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them. We’ll be using them again for our next move without a doubt!

Even the small details matter — they laid down a red rubber rug to protect my floors, which I truly appreciated. The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.
