True professionals that moved me in the dead of winter. Easily took off doors when furniture wouldn't fit and we're careful of hardwood floors and walls. A top notch experience!!!
From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!
This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier. TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
Although I didn’t move forward, based on my experience from start to finish, I’m confident that had my plans continued, it would have been a great experience. Thank you both for your excellent communication and support!
