What I appreciated most was how communicative and organized they were — they confirmed everything ahead of time, arrived on schedule, and worked quickly. Cross Country Movers was the most competent of the 6 movers I contacted, and their hourly personalized and prompt service was the best fit for my needs, so I hired them. I am pleased with my decision after the transfer!
The team and crew were very efficient, careful and professional. Led by Jesus who was friendly and attentive. Two things I would recommend is that the team bring their own ladders to get up into high shelves and a broom for any cleanup. I had to lend them mine. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
