Everything was handled with care.
The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.

Amazing movers! :) They are very professional and efficient in packing and moving. We also had a very pleasant communication with Ashton, who worked with us to plan our move. We are extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning to move soon.

I strongly recommend their services.
As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.

Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

I had an amazing experience with Cross Country Movers Services! They helped me move out of my very first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. The team arrived right on time, packed everything up quickly and neatly, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Highly recommend!
They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Their skill and attention to detail when loading the U-Haul were truly impressive — they maximized every inch of space in the truck. They were also very respectful of the property, carefully protecting the floors and walls throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Whole process so easy!
The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.

They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.
