The team lead told me he went ahead and packed the closets for me. I almost cried from relief. They really went above and beyond in my opinion. Erick, Gabe and Kevin were amazing and made sure to take great care of my items and alerted me to possible issues with some of my furniture as far as wear and tear that could become a problem. This move was basically seamless for me and it was all because they made sure it would be. The quote was accurate and there were no surprises. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had to relocate our small business over a weekend to avoid disrupting operations. And their movers came to our rescue! They packed, transported, and set up all our office furniture and computers in less time than we thought. By the next morning, we were ready to work without skipping a beat. Many thanks!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
They were on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and took great care of our belongings. We moved from a third story condo with no elevator but the stairs didn't seem to slow them down at all. Everything arrived at our new home safely. I will definitely use them if I ever need to move again!
Cross Country Movers has helped me over my last 6 moves. They are legit. They are honest, hard working, and provide good customer service. Every crew we’ve had has been great, which has made me such a loyal customer. Recently we had Alex, Ubaldo, and Jugo on our move from Manhattan Beach. The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. Moving a one-bedroom apartment can still be stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was very fair.
