Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
The moving crew who helped us out were super friendly and helpful as we completed our move! They handled our stuff with care and were very fast and efficient. When they encountered a slight snag with the moving process (which was completely out of their or our control), they were so helpful and handled it with professionalism and grace. They also named our plants Harold and Richard. I will be using Cross Country Movers for future moves and have already recommended them to other people!
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
They were even faster than what was quoted. They worked efficiently and with care of all my items. All three of them were lovely and worth every penny. If I ever move again I will definitely use this company. Cannot recommend them enough and so happy I chose Cross Country Movers over any other moving company.
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.
