They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. They went above and beyond during the move, making this a seamless experience. Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
My Movers were wonderful. They showed up right on time to great care of all of my expensive furniture and moved it to my new location taking the patient for me to figure out where it all went and to be honest changing my mind several times. Everything arrived safe and sound even my jungle garden of plants. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. This moving company is the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful right from the start. Moving day went great! No problems. The 3 guys that came to move were fast. I have one more move in a couple of months and will be using them again without a doubt. If you’re moving use them!!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
