I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.
We're moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to another house within the city. Cross Country Movers are amazing. They were so professional and you could see it in the way they pack and move stuffs - there was not single scratch or dent in any of the furniture or appliances. They wasted no time and the prices are pretty reasonable in bay area. Highly recommend!
The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.
Cross Country Movers exceeded expectations from start to finish—completing our entire move in just 6 hours with impressive speed, efficiency, and clear communication throughout. They were incredibly careful and accommodating in our new place with brand-new floors and fresh paint, handling everything with precision and respect. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us set up a new rug from that wasn’t even part of the move—truly outstanding service.
They were punctual, efficient, and treated our belongings with care and consideration. They turned a day that is usually very cumbersome and stressful into one that flew by with ease. They really went above and beyond and I will confidently recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs a reputable moving company. I can't say thank you enough!!

Words cannot express how exceptional the team, service and company is. Had to move a business sooner than expected , called Affordable Movers after 7pm, they had someone out the next morning for an estimate and on their schedule. Team members handle our stuff with absolute care and went above beyond to help. They were fast, efficient, professional and VERY affordable.

They kept me updated throughout the process via email and text, including a thoughtful message on moving day asking if they could arrive earlier....very convenient! When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
They meticulously padded and wrapped each and every piece of furniture they loaded. I was also extremely impressed with how they took the time to cover and protect the floors and walls at both locations of our move. I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers if you’re looking for a moving company!
