When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
The moving crew who helped us out were super friendly and helpful as we completed our move! They handled our stuff with care and were very fast and efficient. When they encountered a slight snag with the moving process (which was completely out of their or our control), they were so helpful and handled it with professionalism and grace. They also named our plants Harold and Richard. I will be using Cross Country Movers for future moves and have already recommended them to other people!

The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.
When I tell you these guys destroyed my furniture, I’m not exaggerating. My wooden dresser? Deep scratches all over the surface. My dining table? A massive chip on the corner. My couch? Mystery stains that weren’t there before.
TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
The team then moved large, cumbersome items from another household to the new house. The items included an antique upright grand piano. This move was also completed flawlessly. We appreciate the effort and care of the team in completing all parts of this move. Thanks for simplifying our move.
