They worked fast and efficiently and were able to work with all our items no issues. Felt it was worth every penny having then help us with our move and removal of some items and organizing large items. Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

We were also on a tight schedule, and they absolutely delivered, getting us out of our condo and into our new home right on time. On top of that, they were all very friendly and easy to work with, which made a stressful day much smoother.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
