The moving crew who helped us out were super friendly and helpful as we completed our move! They handled our stuff with care and were very fast and efficient. When they encountered a slight snag with the moving process (which was completely out of their or our control), they were so helpful and handled it with professionalism and grace. They also named our plants Harold and Richard. I will be using Cross Country Movers for future moves and have already recommended them to other people!
The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up.
From start to finish, 5 stars. Highly recommend, will call them again for my next move. SOLD!! Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. When we move we call Cross Country Movers and nobody else! The care they take of our items is always top notch. It’s the patience the guys have with me that I live the most though. I am super picky and they move and rearrange the furniture until it is just right and are always so sweet about it, like I’m not being a pain. Best movers ever!
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!

Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional!
