My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
Moving amid a heat wave made me nervous about the weather. The crew kept everything going well even though they worked in shifts and brought water bottles.
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
They were all diligent, hardworking, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure the move was as smooth and safe as possible for us. I was very impressed by the team and how they tackled any potential logistical problem across both locations. Would definitely recommend them to any other LA movers looking for someone reliable!

They arrived exactly on time and did not leave until the job was perfectly done. We will have a second move in four weeks to finish and complete the process and I am going to ask for Louis Olivo and his crew again there are perfect for what I was looking for. I needed help moving the large pieces of furniture and boxes up out of a base into a U-Haul truck since I fractured my knee cap. Not only were they up front about all the charges, the process on how they were going to load everything securely, they even checked in several times to give updates on the items still left to move.

Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well.
