From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!

Useless

When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers

I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. They spent extra time with our belongings

They spent extra time with our belongings to make sure the packing job we did would keep everything protected. They worked diligently and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and the jokes flowing with us and amongst their team. I didn’t get the name of the two movers but they moved everything with efficiency and speed, from loading to unloading, everything was as smooth as possible. Would most certainly recommend to anyone.
