They were on-time, wrapped my furniture and large electronics, and were courteous throughout the whole process. I had a few pieces of furniture that I had very specific instructions for handling and they were very careful with these pieces. Would definitely recommend!
Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.

The crew, Jared and Sherman, were incredible — so kind, professional, and easy to work with. They were extremely efficient and moved quickly while still taking great care of my belongings. We made our reservation over a month ahead of time and received constant reminders in advance of the move date. On the day of the move, Emmanuel, Roberto, and Felix arrived on time and did everything we expected and hoped for to make the move successful (boxing, wrapping, transporting, etc). They were a great crew and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Price was super reasonable as well.
I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers .
