When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. They made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. I’ll definitely be using this company again.
They were the only company that quickly followed up with me via text and were very communicative about the whole process. They were very flexible because I kept having to add things to the manifest cause I haven't been in our apartment for awhile. The move itself was very smooth and easy.
