We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.
They assisted me in packing fragile items I was unsure of how to pack and helped me safely and securely move my furniture. I will definitely book top notch if I ever need moving services. They are truly Top notch!
They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. They went above and beyond during the move, making this a seamless experience. Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Jessica; best moving experience I have ever had!
I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

They were polite, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how communicative and organized they were — they confirmed everything ahead of time, arrived on schedule, and worked quickly.
