I’ll definitely be using this company again.
I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. Communication was great. I spoke with the owner beforehand, and everything was clear, professional, and easy to coordinate. James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. They made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. I’ll definitely be using this company again.

These people suck!!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I would highly recommend them.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with great care. They were polite, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how communicative and organized they were — they confirmed everything ahead of time, arrived on schedule, and worked quickly. Good Job
I needed help moving the large pieces of furniture and boxes up out of a base into a U-Haul truck since I fractured my knee cap. Not only were they up front about all the charges, the process on how they were going to load everything securely, they even checked in several times to give updates on the items still left to move.

Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

the couch from our living room did not fit in our new apartment, and these guys were such great sports to brought it back to our house. And they did not make us feel guilty about it which was super kind of them. I would recommend them to any who is moving in the area. I’m very happy with the service I got. Thank you, again, to them!

Good Job
The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up.

Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
