Moving amid a heat wave made me nervous about the weather. The crew kept everything going well even though they worked in shifts and brought water bottles.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and handled everything with such care. They worked quickly but thoughtfully, and their positive attitude made the entire move feel easy. This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
Cross Country Movers made moving, which is typically so stressful, much easier and a good experience. They do of the hardest physical jobs there is and they laughed, had fun and pleasantly engaged us the entire time. Would absolutely recommend them and am so glad we hired them for our move.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
I’ve used Cross Country Movers twice - once for a personal move and recently for an office move and had positive experiences both times. For this most recent move, they showed-up on time and handled our office furniture and marketing materials with care. The crew chief Rob did such a good job packing our storage unit that we were able to cancel the order for a second one. Very happy with their work.
From start to finish the work is organized, diligent, and done with their tremendous strength and kindness. Our Family accomplished both moves and storage for us without any problems! We highly, highly recommend Cross Country Movers to everyone!
