Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.

Whole process so easy!

The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!

We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. Forest was super helpful in providing a quote and assisting in the scheduling of our move. Provided additional details which were helpful. Our crews both days were great! They were friendly and efficient, helpful too. Company was even able to store all our stuff for a couple days as well.

Highly recommend!

We're moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to another house within the city. Cross Country Movers are amazing. They were so professional and you could see it in the way they pack and move stuffs - there was not single scratch or dent in any of the furniture or appliances. They wasted no time and the prices are pretty reasonable in bay area. Highly recommend!

Good Communication!!!

This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.

What a great experience with this company.

What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. Highly recommended

I just had a fantastic move! The price was reasonable, and not a surprise, the movers, Alfonso and Anderson, were punctual, hard workers, professional, and friendly! I moved from Selah to Olympia, it took 2 days, between my apartment move and my storage unit move, and the experience was a great one. Highly recommended

they handled everything very well.

I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
