I also like that they start the clock from the time they arrive and stop it as soon as they are done . Some other companies charge from and to their warehouse and I don’t think it’s a fair practice . Overall, I would def hire them again and recommend them to friends.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
