When I tell you these guys destroyed my furniture, I’m not exaggerating. My wooden dresser? Deep scratches all over the surface. My dining table? A massive chip on the corner. My couch? Mystery stains that weren’t there before.
This was my second time using Cross Country Movers, and once again they delivered excellent service. The team - Pupo, Brian, Huberto, and Fidel - arrived early and worked efficiently with a lot of care and consideration. They wrapped my furniture (a first for me in all my moves!), provided a large box for several bulky loose items, and even offered me water, which was such a thoughtful touch. They packed the storage unit really well. Highly recommend!

They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. We're moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to another house within the city. Cross Country Movers are amazing. They were so professional and you could see it in the way they pack and move stuffs - there was not single scratch or dent in any of the furniture or appliances. They wasted no time and the prices are pretty reasonable in bay area. Highly recommend!
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. My most recent move was handled by Nate and Mo, and they were amazing. Professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy.
They did everything on my move and not one thing was damaged. I highly recommended good Greek and ask for Gustavo! They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for! I showed my appreciation with a large tip for the whole crew! I will use them again for my next move!
