I loved moving with them! Amazing prices, amazing quality. Got everything packed up and moved out my apartment in 6 hours. I moved about 40 minutes away from the original location and even had 2 stops!! BOOK.
They worked fast and efficiently and were able to work with all our items no issues. Felt it was worth every penny having then help us with our move and removal of some items and organizing large items. They were friendly and fun to work with, would highly recommend Bill and Alex and Cross Country Movers anytime and would use them again for our next move.
The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up.
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here.
