As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.
We could trust them as they wrapped every item and asked us where they could place everything. We asked their help with re-arranging things and they were always willing to help. I would 100% recommend them to everyone! Incredible job, period!! Thank you Gerardo, Eloy and Bryan!

Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.
The team was on time, careful with all my belongings, and very professional. They worked quickly and made the whole moving process much easier for me. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable moving company.
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
They were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly without rushing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was punctual, organized, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. It took them the whole night to move all of our belongings which is understandable because we started so late but despite that they made sure to finish the job.
