The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Justin’s team did an AMAZING JOB!! They were fast, efficient and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and request Justin specifically!
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. From the very first conversation, their communication was thoughtful, professional, and reassuring. Every question I had was answered quickly, every detail was handled carefully, and I never once felt left in the dark during the process. That level of consistency and care made a huge difference.
The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
They were punctual, efficient, and treated our belongings with care and consideration. They turned a day that is usually very cumbersome and stressful into one that flew by with ease. They really went above and beyond and I will confidently recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs a reputable moving company. I can't say thank you enough!!
Everyone was very careful with every item, from the biggest piece of furniture to the tiniest parcel. Their calm and collected attitude put me at ease all day long.
As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.
