From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!
The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.

Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! Hiring this moving company may have been the best decision of the year I’ve made. They removed all the stress from moving and turned it into something enjoyable. I had a lot of heavy furniture, but the crew was so in sync that it didn’t seem like much of a challenge. They even went ahead and checked the truck twice to ensure everything was not left behind. I can’t recommend them enough!

Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
Very courteous and took great care of our belongings. They wrapped all of our furniture with care to ensure that it wasn’t scratched or damaged. They checked in with us multiple times throughout the move to see if we were satisfied with the progress and asked if we wanted them to adjust or move anything. Very professional and top notch. Cross Country Movers is my preferred mover.
