They showed up on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care. Communication was clear, they were polite and professional, and they wrapped/loaded efficiently without rushing in a way that felt careless. The move was smooth and done in less than three hours. Would absolutely hire again.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
They organized my wardrobe perfectly and had a great sense of furniture arrangement. They truly have an eye for detail! Despite the challenges of my new apartment, they remained calm and collected throughout. Thanks to them, my first move was incredibly smooth. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services. They are simply the best!
the couch from our living room did not fit in our new apartment, and these guys were such great sports to brought it back to our house. What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida.
