Cross Country Movers helped us out today moving from North Hills to Simi Valley. Our apartment has no elevator and we were on the top 3rd floor, they were done quickly and worked well as a team. Shout out to Max and his team for all their hard work. We are satisfied with their customer service and would use them in the future if needed. 10/10!

They were on-time, wrapped my furniture and large electronics, and were courteous throughout the whole process. I had a few pieces of furniture that I had very specific instructions for handling and they were very careful with these pieces. Would definitely recommend!
I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
We had to relocate our small business over a weekend to avoid disrupting operations. And their movers came to our rescue! I had a great experience thanks to the storage manager Marielle. She helped me find an affordable option and even made sure I got the perfect size at the last minute. She was patient, helpful, and really cared about making sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this place because of her excellent customer service.

When I called Cross Country Movers Lucas was the person I spoke with. He was warm, welcoming, and helpful. We scheduled my moving date, and on moving day, Victor and his crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. Moving can be very stressful, but Victor and his crew made the entire experience smooth and effortless. I was busy taking care of other things, and before I knew it, they were finished. I am so glad I chose Cross Country Movers, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!
