Quick and Effortless!
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

The crew, Jared and Sherman, were incredible — so kind, professional, and easy to work with. They were extremely efficient and moved quickly while still taking great care of my belongings. One of the biggest highlights was receiving all of my things the same day they were picked up from my Detroit home.

HIghly recommended!
They moved fast, they were careful, and very courteous. Furthermore, when we opened the boxes that had been stored for two years we found no damage. The original crew from two years ago packed everything very well! HIghly recommended!

They are simply the best!
They organized my wardrobe perfectly and had a great sense of furniture arrangement. They truly have an eye for detail! Despite the challenges of my new apartment, they remained calm and collected throughout. Thanks to them, my first move was incredibly smooth. Cross Country Movers has helped me over my last 6 moves. They are legit. They are honest, hard working, and provide good customer service. Every crew we’ve had has been great, which has made me such a loyal customer. Recently we had Alex, Ubaldo, and Jugo on our move from Manhattan Beach. It was a full day and we had a lot of stuff and they went above and beyond for us. Thank you Cross Country Mover for everything and for making moving less stressful for your customers.

Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

Pedro, Cesar and Dulis where absolutely fantastic! Not only did they go the extra mile and take great care of our things but they were all professional, fast, efficient and communicated perfectly! I would highly recommend this team! They where amazing! !

they handled everything very well.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
