I recently used Cross Country Movers for a full office move from our old space in downtown Ephrata to a new location just outside town, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to the final box unpacked, everything went smoothly and professionally. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the necessary equipment—padding, dollies, and even specialized crates for our sensitive office electronics and furniture. They handled everything with care, ensuring no dings or scratches on our desks, chairs, or filing cabinets. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they disassembled and reassembled our modular workstations without a hitch, and they even helped organize the cables for our IT setup to minimize downtime.

Forest was super helpful in providing a quote and assisting in the scheduling of our move. Provided additional details which were helpful. Our crews both days were great! They were friendly and efficient, helpful too. Company was even able to store all our stuff for a couple days as well.

Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!

Quick and Effortless!
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

they were very communicative leading up to the date. I worked with different teams for each move, but overall, they were fast, thorough, and friendly. Thankfully, there were no damages to my belongings or the buildings. I will be calling them if/when I move again and would recommend them.

Will be using Cross Country Movers in the future
Used Cross Country Movers for an office move and the team was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Definitely a top to bottom crew that covered all of the details of a complex move, allowing me to focus on my other work.
