The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
They took even better care of our furniture than we do. No BS; just pure professionalism. My fiancee is very picky about services, but she said Einstein exceeded her expectations in the way they handled every detail. We’re so happy we had these two gentlemen help with our move and it was such a great experience!

Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
They were early, communicative, friendly, careful, hard working—everything you could want in movers. They finished early and it was several hundred dollars less than the quote they gave us. Would hire again!
