It was effortless, showed up on time - and was so great to work with. For the massive stuff we have accumulated in midtown - they packed up our midtown 2 bedroom apartment into their truck and was so efficient.
They worked fast and efficiently and were able to work with all our items no issues. Felt it was worth every penny having then help us with our move and removal of some items and organizing large items. They were friendly and fun to work with, would highly recommend Bill and Alex and Cross Country Movers anytime and would use them again for our next move.
Excellent service and care! These guys came and moved me on the hottest day of the year, and never once complained or slowed down. They wrapped everything and moved it without any mishaps. Highly recommend their services. Very nice and helpful.
I cannot recommend Cross Country Movers enough! Everyone I interacted with from the first phone call to the final box moved was so helpful. I had a team of two, Matt and Chris, and they were wonderful. They were quick, friendly, and went above and beyond. They were so fast that they finished my move more quickly than expected, even after graciously putting my bed frame back together. If I move again, I will definitely be using them!

What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.
