My Movers were wonderful. They showed up right on time to great care of all of my expensive furniture and moved it to my new location taking the patient for me to figure out where it all went and to be honest changing my mind several times. Everything arrived safe and sound even my jungle garden of plants. Highly recommend.
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.
They carefully disassembled and reassembled my furniture, handled everything with great care, and navigated two flights of stairs without a single complaint. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and seamless. They were punctual, respectful of my home and belongings, and worked quickly without ever cutting corners. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, fast, and genuinely go above and beyond, ask for Chris, Don, and Victor. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a move!

Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up.
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.
