The crew that handled our furniture were efficient and kind and did an amazing job! They took great care of how to get the furniture in and around our existing stuff and were very thoughtful. We will absolutely be using them again!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
I’ve used Cross Country Movers twice - once for a personal move and recently for an office move and had positive experiences both times. For this most recent move, they showed-up on time and handled our office furniture and marketing materials with care. The crew chief Rob did such a good job packing our storage unit that we were able to cancel the order for a second one. Very happy with their work.

They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
