Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. They were on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and took great care of our belongings. We moved from a third story condo with no elevator but the stairs didn't seem to slow them down at all. Everything arrived at our new home safely. I will definitely use them if I ever need to move again!
It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
It was a tough job, but they were totally friendly, very can-do, efficient, and arrived at our new location within minutes of when they said they would. And the price was extremely competitive! Have cash on hand to tip your Cross Country Movers crew — they earn every dollar! 10/10 strong recommend.
We were also on a tight schedule, and they absolutely delivered, getting us out of our condo and into our new home right on time. On top of that, they were all very friendly and easy to work with, which made a stressful day much smoother.
crew did an amazing job. Brennan didn't even need the dolly he was the dolly. Johnny didn't need a dolly either and backed the truck in and out no problem. I would highly recommend! Thank you guys!
