I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
I recently used Cross Country Movers for a local move and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The 4-man team was not only highly efficient but also completed the move in significantly less time than estimated—finishing in 5 hours instead of the quoted 7. That meant I actually paid LESS than expected—when does that ever happen??? After several moves over the years, this was the first time everything arrived without damage and without any surprise charges. Their pricing was fair, and was able to book them on fairly short notice, and they were on-time - which was critical as we had to schedule a loading dock and freight elevator at our new apartment.
They were all diligent, hardworking, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure the move was as smooth and safe as possible for us. I was very impressed by the team and how they tackled any potential logistical problem across both locations. Would definitely recommend them to any other LA movers looking for someone reliable!
They spent extra time with our belongings to make sure the packing job we did would keep everything protected. They worked diligently and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and the jokes flowing with us and amongst their team. Overall, it was the most enjoyable move we have ever done and we will absolutely be return customers in the future.
I’ve used this company multiple times and confidently refer them to my clients. They consistently go above and beyond without ever needing to be asked. Even the small details matter — they laid down a red rubber rug to protect my floors, which I truly appreciated. There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
I’ve used Cross Country Movers 3 times. Big Mike is wonderful and a pro at what he does! The team worked well together and moved my items each time without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is exceptional! If I need movers again, I will definitely use Cross Country Movers
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
