Quick and Effortless!
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

These people suck!!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! No scratches on my furniture or scuffs left on my floors or walls - so I am happy!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to my friends and family!!!

Great experience
Andrii and his coworkers were great. Quick, efficient, helpful, and most of all considerate with our things. Moving is always a hassle, but this company made it easy. From the point of quote, them taking a visual inventory and providing us with a detailed quote via FaceTime, to the work the day of - you can tell they are true professionals. They were also early the day of the work and incredibly communicative. Great experience and will use them if we move within Florida again.

Good Job
We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.

Great service and lovely to deal with
My partner and I just relocated to SD. I ultimately made the decision to move after getting married. Very few of the relocation companies I contacted even returned my calls. Getting a quote from Cross Country Movers was the fastest and cheapest option. It was helpful when deciding which carriers to look into. The actual move took place two days before the original plan. All of our possessions, including those we brought with us, were present and undamaged. If you're in a hurry but still want to be secure, I recommend utilizing them.

they handled everything very well.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.

I would highly recommend them.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used this company multiple times and confidently refer them to my clients. They consistently go above and beyond without ever needing to be asked. Even the small details matter — they laid down a red rubber rug to protect my floors, which I truly appreciated.
