Moving company in Philadelphia, PA
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
The crew was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with! We were not ready or packed, but they made sure that everything was carefully placed in boxes and did not leave until the job was complete. I would recommend this company for any and all moves!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! No scratches on my furniture or scuffs left on my floors or walls - so I am happy!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to my friends and family!!!
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
They were early, communicative, friendly, careful, hard working—everything you could want in movers. They finished early and it was several hundred dollars less than the quote they gave us. Would hire again!
Everything arrived and in perfect shape. As they started to unload they noticed me frantically opening boxes and when I told them I had accidently packed my wallet inside they shrugged it off but then the unexpectable happened! Once they were done, they disappeared, the reappeared out of no where. The guys actually bought me lunch. Who does that?! It meant so much!
This is our second time using two men and a truck. They’re transparent about costs, punctual and good at what they do. Every person we’ve communicated with has been friendly, helpful, and professional.
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
These men were polite, professional, quick, efficient and went so above and beyond to make sure that everything was to our standards. They wrapped every single thing with utmost care to ensure it's safety; verified with my when they had questions or concerns about anything; showed me if they noticed something was broken before they packed it. All in all phenomenal. I will only be recommending them and utilizing their services for future moves. *side note: they have great taste in music and it was all smiles and good vibes. I could not be happier.
