Proficient Movers
I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.

They are simply the best!
They organized my wardrobe perfectly and had a great sense of furniture arrangement. They truly have an eye for detail! Despite the challenges of my new apartment, they remained calm and collected throughout. Thanks to them, my first move was incredibly smooth. Had an excellent experience with Cross Country Movers!! They assisted me in moving my elderly parents with ease. From the booking with Doris, the special attention from Chris Sherman, and the hustle, care and friendly service from all of Martin, Andrew, Senal and Theodore, it couldn’t have gone any better. They worked incredibly hard and were so patient, respectful and compassionate. Thank you for making what was otherwise a very big challenge into a happy beginning for my parents in their new home.

Would recommend!
The team was excellent and did a great job. We also called last minute and were so glad they could squeeze us in. Paul was also super communicative and kept us in the loop on scheduling. Would recommend!

The Movers were great. Mike and Jose came in and moved my whole 4 bedroom house into a storage in less than 3 hours. They were very professional. I will be calling them back.

Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

Exceptional movers
Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Cross Country Movers over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.

Poor estimate and poor communication
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
