They were on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and took great care of our belongings. We moved from a third story condo with no elevator but the stairs didn't seem to slow them down at all. Everything arrived at our new home safely. I will definitely use them if I ever need to move again!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!

The team worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, making what could have been a stressful day go very smoothly. They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
We made our reservation over a month ahead of time and received constant reminders in advance of the move date. On the day of the move, Emmanuel, Roberto, and Felix arrived on time and did everything we expected and hoped for to make the move successful (boxing, wrapping, transporting, etc). They were a great crew and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Price was super reasonable as well.
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
