Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
David and his colleagues were friendly and flexible with my schedule. I would use them again. It was a solid overall professional move.

Forest was super helpful in providing a quote and assisting in the scheduling of our move. Provided additional details which were helpful. Our crews both days were great! They were friendly and efficient, helpful too. Company was even able to store all our stuff for a couple days as well.

I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers .
