I had a great experience with Cross Country Movers Issac and Q were very helpful moving my belongings to my new location. They were very friendly and took extra care in making sure the move was being completed as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend them for a great moving experience.
Had an excellent experience with Cross Country Movers!! They assisted me in moving my elderly parents with ease. From the booking with Doris, the special attention from Chris Sherman, and the hustle, care and friendly service from all of Martin, Andrew, Senal and Theodore, it couldn’t have gone any better. They worked incredibly hard and were so patient, respectful and compassionate. Thank you for making what was otherwise a very big challenge into a happy beginning for my parents in their new home.
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
The movers arrived on time and were very organized. They handled all my belongings with care and ensured everything was packed securely. The team worked efficiently and completed the move quickly. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Martin made sure everything was placed correctly at the destination. I would highly recommend their services.
A great team, highly recommend. Moving is no fun, even in the best of circumstances, Andrew and his team made moving day much less stressful with great attitudes and diligent attention to handling and protecting our belongings.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
