I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.
On moving day. The movers called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home to let me know they were almost there. There were four men who came to pack all my furniture. They were very respectful, joyful, kind, patient, and great listeners. I was extremely happy with the effort and great care they took with my belongings. The next morning they delivered all of my home furnishings, and personal belongings in a very timely and efficient manner. They placed my area rugs, where I asked them to. They placed the furniture where I asked them to and were very conscientious of how my new home was set up.
From the very first conversation, their communication was thoughtful, professional, and reassuring. Every question I had was answered quickly, every detail was handled carefully, and I never once felt left in the dark during the process. That level of consistency and care made a huge difference.
They were all diligent, hardworking, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure the move was as smooth and safe as possible for us. I was very impressed by the team and how they tackled any potential logistical problem across both locations. Would definitely recommend them to any other LA movers looking for someone reliable!
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
I’ve used Cross Country Movers 3 times. Big Mike is wonderful and a pro at what he does! The team worked well together and moved my items each time without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is exceptional! If I need movers again, I will definitely use Cross Country Movers
The team was on time, careful with all my belongings, and very professional. They worked quickly and made the whole moving process much easier for me. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable moving company.
Everything arrived and in perfect shape. As they started to unload they noticed me frantically opening boxes and when I told them I had accidently packed my wallet inside they shrugged it off but then the unexpectable happened! Once they were done, they disappeared, the reappeared out of no where. The guys actually bought me lunch. Who does that?! It meant so much!
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
Manny and his team did a phenomenal job in our moving. Prompt, efficient but with extra care for the items that resulted in a drama-free smooth experience! Also, special thanks for Mr. Terry Williams for the care!
