I was surprised at how quiet and efficient the movers worked. They moved steadily without wasting time, but never rushed the process. Everything was packed with precision, making the whole move feel effortless.
A great team, highly recommend. Moving is no fun, even in the best of circumstances, Andrew and his team made moving day much less stressful with great attitudes and diligent attention to handling and protecting our belongings.
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

This crew exemplifies what it means to be kind, patient, and genuinely committed to delivering my belongings to my home as if they were their own. Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!

Pedro, Cesar and Dulis where absolutely fantastic! Not only did they go the extra mile and take great care of our things but they were all professional, fast, efficient and communicated perfectly! I would highly recommend this team! They where amazing! !
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.
